Premier Service Partner Tier Overview

With the new Premier Service Partner Program tier, DRFortress plans to develop an entirely new community of channel partners that can offer DRFortress’ data center and cloud-based computing and storage solutions “as a service” but are “infrastructure-less” service partners.

The Premier Service Partner Program tier provides a completely branded/custom solution offering so that our channel partner owns and manages the end-customer relationship, however is utilizing DRFortress’ data center, cloud or storage infrastructure as the underlying framework for their solution offering(s).

The program tier allows our partners to seize a unique business opportunity to generate new and recurring revenue streams without the significant upfront capital costs associated with new ventures or solution offerings. However, under this program tier, DRFortress and the Premier Service Partner are potentially required to provide joint resources or teaming engineering efforts in order to design a unique solution offering. Both parties are contributing their unique set of value-added skills in addition to DRFortress data center, network and cloud infrastructure assets to develop a new solution offering.

Similar to the other program tiers, DRFortress will provide our Premier Service partners with the sales support, marketing tools and necessary training to ensure they are able to successful close and support these unique customer opportunities.

Become an Authorized Channel Premier Service Partner


To become an Authorized Premier Partner, please follow these steps:

  • Fill out and submit the Channel Partner Application form.
  • Please indicate that you wish to register for the “Premier Service” Program Tier.
  • Your application will be reviewed by the DRFortress Channel team within 2 business days.
  • After being accepted into the program you will receive an Authorized Channel Partner ID, login credentials and granted access to the DRFortress Channel Partner website.

In order to be selected as an Authorized Premier Service Partner, your company must be in good credit and payment standing with DRFortress and in compliance with the terms and conditions of any existing DRFortress agreements or MSA. Your company must also have a valid website and properly documented company contact information name, phone, email, and address.

In addition, DRFortress and Premier Service Partner may both need to enter into formal purchase agreements depending on customized solutions that will be co-developed and offered to customer(s). Time to market, compensation or discount levels will be dependent on the unique solution offering between DRFortress and Premier Service Partner.
