By becoming an Authorized Referral Agent, you will have a dedicated channel partner manager to help ensure that your client will receive the best-in-class services from DRFortress.

Referral Agent Tier Overview


The DRFortress Referral Program tier is designed to reward authorized channel partners for your role in introducing leads directly to DRFortress and recommending our services. This program tier is the best fit for partners that choose not to resell DRFortress products or services but instead recommend our colocation, cloud or other services and refer a customer sales opportunity to directly to DRFortress.

The authorized Referral Agent can select whether to be compensated one-time (upfront referral fee) based on the percentage of the total initial contract value or a monthly recurring payment (on-going monthly fee) percentage over the lifetime of the monthly contract value of the customer referred to DRFortress.

As an authorized Referral Agent you will be able to select your preferred compensation method and be eligible to receive higher percentage fees as you increase your annual sales referrals contract volume.



Become an Authorized Channel Referral Agent


To become an Authorized Referral Agent please follow these steps:

  • Fill out and submit the Channel Partner Application form
  • Please indicate that you wish to register for the “Referral” Program Tier.
  • Your application will be reviewed by the DRFortress Channel team within 2 business days.
  • After being accepted into the program you will receive an Authorized Channel Partner ID, login credentials and granted access to the DRFortress Channel Partner website.

In order to be selected as an Authorized Referral Agent your company must be in good credit and payment standing with DRFortress and in compliance with the terms and conditions of any existing DRFortress agreements. Your company must also have a valid website and properly documented company contact information name, phone, email, and address.
